I met Ellen in late November of last year and couldn’t have had a happier bride-to-be. I was equally as excited to meet her fiance, Justin, at their engagement shoot on New Year’s Eve at the Metal Museum! Justin and Ellen are just a naturally fun and happy couple, and their love shines through each other!
We were a bit worried about the weather for the their wedding day, April 25, as it was supposed to rain! While it rained the entire day before and early in the morning of the wedding(It IS good luck to have it rain on your wedding day!) we arrived to the Memphis Botanic Gardens to a bright and sunny afternoon!
Ellen’s ceremony was beautiful (she looked STUNNINGin her Allure Bridals dress)– Justin’s sister read a loving passage to the couple, Ellen’s sister and bridesmaid sang, and another of Ellen’s bridesmaids wrote a poem written by Ellen’s late brother. I cried more than usual at how beautiful and personal this celebration of love was!
After sneaking Ellen + Justin away for some shots of the two of them, the celebration began. We love a bride and groom that dance the night away, and Justin + Ellen definitely did just that! We are so excited to share their photos, and wish them a beautiful life together! Congratulations!
